JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

? 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting management with a strong record of career progression.
? Experience in, IFRS, Chinese GAAP, HGB
? 3.10+ years experience managing people and reputation for being a great people manager
? Experience & results providing finance business partnering to Management executives;
? previous experience as a divisional or Business Unit FD an advantage
? Demonstrate success designing and improving processes
? Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements
? Track record of showing finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
? Ability to build analytical models that can be driven into standard planning tools
