- Our business focuses heavily on VIP/Influencer gifting orders for PR, celebrities to promote our brand
- This role will manage the end to end sampling and delivery of these orders between the sample room and production line, depending on the style
- Must have experience coordinating womenswear samples and understand the general QC process, as they will be responsible for the quality delivered to these VIP customers, even though they wont be QCing themselves
- If they have experience in basic measuring of samples, this is an advantage
- Must be proficient in Excel, extremely organised and able to manage a critical path with 80-120 samples/month between 3 factories
- Must be tech-savvy, young and eager to learn new project management tools, which our company uses to give Management visibility on this crucial area of the business
- 2+ years experience in a coordinator or merchandiser role
